Connecting Your Audience to Forum

Your audience doesn’t need to download any software or use any cords to join your Forum and see your presentation. All they need is a Wi-Fi enabled device (of their choice) and the ability to launch a browser.

Join the Forum Wi-Fi

Using their Wi-Fi enabled device, direct your audience to go to the device settings where they normally connect to Wi-Fi networks. If you have renamed the Forum Wi-Fi network, ask them to look for that name or if you have not re-named the network to find one named:

Open a browser window

From there, instruct them to launch a browser window and type the following address:

My.Forum


After they launch a browser and enter the right URL, they will see the starting presentation screen and can join the Forum.
